RagheeHorner.com is my official blog and site for trading and all things of the trading life.
All My Cards on the Table…
I would like to make sure you know a few things: I do not personally sell anything through this site or any other. There is a company that does but I do not own or operate it. I teach on their behalf. I am obligated to tell you this as well emphasize that I do not recommend any trades and these are all just my ideas and should be used for educational purposes only. I have three books I have written and they are available through Amazon.com. I also have an eSignal charting plug in that was designed for me by Divergence Software that is offered through eSignal. It’s Divergence Software’s product and I use it daily. While I may be known best as a forex trader, I have been trading stocks, futures, and indices nearly 20 years. I am probably most proud of my market cycle analysis and 34EMA Wave. This is at the heart of my training and trading.
I am also the Chief Market Analyst for Autochartist.com which means I write and research all their market commentary and conduct their training. This is all available free at their site. I was an Autochartist subscriber long before I began working with them. I am a huge fan of their PowerStats program as well.
Finally, and most recently, in early 2010 I was offered the position of Chief Currency Analyst for InterbankFX. And it’s a huge honor! Having worked with IBFX for over six years before being offered the position I was already familiar with their high level of customer service and the fact that they quite frankly turned the retail forex business on it’s head with no-dealing desk business model. I am proud to be associated with IBFX otherwise I’d never let them print up the business cards! I have a daily blog at their site called the Daily Trading Edge.
Why blog?
So here’s why I write at this blog and any other that you will find me at (and there’s quite a few!): Traders often have a unique view of the world. Trading and investing is about life – the things we buy, and eat, watch, and want. I think everyone can trade. I trade it all forex, futures, stock, options. Don’t be cornered or shortsighted; there’s always opportunity somewhere.
From the trenches…
The posts here represent what I think is all to often not talked about: What it’s like to trade for a living. What it’s like to trade multiple markets. What really moves the market. Actionable ideas and analysis. How to invest and what I look for. I share it all here: The good and the bad. The fun and the not so fun. Big hits and big misses. I’ve been blogging on and off since ‘00 and this is my permanent blogging home.
Hey, I’m an English major and LOVE to Write!
I’ve written and continue to write for some of the biggest and most popular trading, forex, and investing sites on the web. The great thing here is – this is my site. I’ve written three books on the subject or forex trading, I’ve traded futures for almost 20 years, and I’ve spoke at more shows, seminars and expos than I can even remember…but there’s very few things that I like doing more than trading and writing about trading.
I’m a “full time” part time trader.
I’ll share my views of the market here, some of my trades, and whatever else is going on here in my office or when I am trading on the road. I try not to be “held captive” in my office and find a Mac notebook and my roaming internet the most amazing two “toys”. I’m in it for the lifestyle. I have friends that are hedgies, big time traders, massive investors…they live and breathe the markets. I trade my own account, that’s it. It’s what I do, not who I am.
The Requisite Disclaimer!
Hey by the way, I do have to mention this…think of it as the requisite disclaimer. These are just my ideas. I’m not here to tell you what to do with your money, because after all, no one cares more for your money that you do! My posts are not meant to be taken as recommendations to buy, sell, hold hold anything. Trading and investing can be risky. Leverage can be riskier. And doing something when you don’t know all the rules is just plain stupid.
Well thanks for reading this far. Now feel free to get back on over to the more interesting stuff at the blog.

Hi Raghee,
About to finish the “30 days of trading book” – what an eye/mind opener!!!
I really like your attitude and mindset and hope test the triple R’s on myself…
Can you please comment about the websites, raghee.com and thirtydaysoftrading.com
Are they active?
I find “page not found” errors on links, trying to open “Video Education Video ” throws me back to a login screen…
Thanks
Thanks for the compliment…I think I’m never 100% satisfied with anything I write but “30 days” was as close to “the real me” as any of the three books I have written.
As for the two sites you mentioned, raghee.com and thirtydayoftrading.com. Raghee.com is not owned nor operated by me. It is own and operated by In Touch Trading and there contact information is at this link: http://raghee.com/AbouttheCompany_ContactUs.htm
I am paid for my time and content by them but they set the pricing and handle fulfillment…I am essentially contracted by them. They have excellent staff but like I said, I do not own or operate it. My main functions are to hold twice weekly chats and write books. The last of which was published the end of Dec. 09. My relationship with In Touch is a perfect way for me to teach since I haven’t the interest or staff (it’s just me in my office) to offer customer support and frankly I don’t want to do it.
ThirtyDaysofTrading.com was a password protected coaching experiment that I did with a group of traders a few Summers back and I uploaded videos for archiving and replay purposes for that group. I really don’t promote the site but I do own the URL and host it. There’s plenty of video online that I upload, and a there is a lot of redundancy. If you visit DailyMotion.com/ez2tradesoftware you’ll see plenty of free videos that cover almost every aspect of my trading approach. I’ll also be getting active on YouTube (again) this year.
Hope this helps and answers any question you have.
Ok,
Thanks for the information.
I’ll check DailyMotion.
I can say that the 3 R’s you mention (Rcognize,Ract,Rpeat) for me are:
Respect Respect Respect!!!
Assaf
Hi raghee, my name’s malkovicht, new to trade, so i hope i can learn a lot from you
Thanks for sharing your stories.
Hello Raghee:
You have such a refreshing style of teaching! Have learned alot about the markets from you. You mentioned awhile back that you might work with a college in Florida to develop a degree in trading. Did that ever come together? I am interested. Is it possible to pursue that online? Thanks for your time and interest in building others’ trading skills.
