I’m not customer support and I’m certainly no MT4 expert so if you need to know how to use indicators on your MT4, check the help and support docs.
After unzipping the files (I use WINRAR), I put the “GRaB Candles Long”, “GRaB Candles Short”, “GRaB Candles Range” in the “indicators” folder. You can find this if you go into you C: drive –> Program Files –> MetaTrader (or whatever version of MT4 you are using is called) –> experts –> indicators
Please do not send me your installation questions. I haven’t the time to address these.
A common error is not unzipping the files first before putting them in the indicators folder.
Also the GRaB will occasionally cause a “shadow” set of candles on the chart. It looks like another candle overlay. If those does occur, simply change the time frame of that chart to something else, let it load, and then change it back.
Also, check out the tutorial I have recorded. Again I don’t have time to address individual installation issues.

Unable to open in my metatrader charts because it does not appear to be a .mt4 and .ex4 indicator like the others in my experts/indicators file.
Maybe sometime this weekend I will uploaded the folder of uncompressed files but in the meanwhile the download is a .rar which means it’s compressed. The three separate files that make up the GRaB are within it so you can use WinRAR 3.80 to open the files. The download is available at http://www.rarsoft.com/download.htm – it’s a free trial. Once you uncompress it with the WinRAR you’ll see the three .mq4 files. Put each file in the Indicators folder.

Thanks Raghee for Great Indicator worked for me.
People who seem to have a problem, have you unziiped the files using winrar and then put them in your MT4 folder IE Expert/Indicators.
Then close/open MT4 and you should see GRaB indicators in Custom Indicators Folder.
..and don’t forget to restart the program after you put the files in the Indicators folder!

I have tried downloading the GRab 2.0 using both Winzip, and WinRAR. After doing so ,I am sent to a site that is “Studies and Analysis Screen”. I can’t get the program to load.
The software name I found and loaded under WinRAR is “WinRAR x86 (32 bit) 3.80″
I am not a computer wiz, so I’m looking for some direction. I think the program looks great.

I downloaded the GRaB 2.0 and inluded in my MT4 Indicators window as 3 separate indicators, cld you pls advise if this is correct. Also, I’m assuming that I should see 3 different candles on my chart once using this type of indicator, all I see is a wave looking indicator with 3 silver lines when I open the indicator on my chart.Your feedback or anyone’s for that matter would be greatly appreciated.

hello, thx for your Indicator. But it is repainting the past a bit.
When it is moving inside the channel and moving outside the channel
the colors of the candles then don’t change from blue to red or blue to green automatically when a bar is finished.
Is there a solution for that?

I have read Raghee’s book before and it is good in the sense that it is easy to understand and use.
By the way,is it possible to change the programming of the grab charts so that it is in the indicators window and not on the chart itself. I would like to display it as a colour bar format(colour will only be change at closing of the candle) like the color stochastic(can google for it) that i found,it would really make things a lot easier

I also could not run the GRaB indicator when I downloaded it through regular means, however it did download and UnRar after downloading it with Download Accelerator Plus (DAP).
Wht this is so, I have no idea (ask a computer guru) but it worked, so there is at least one solution.

I happened upon your webinar at Forexology.com (which was my first visit there). It is strange sometimes how the coincidences of things lead to other things.
Forexology has very rapidly become a favourite site of mine.
I like you clarity of thought and explanation in your webinar.
I trade in a very similar style on M5 charts, but with a different indicator called FIBO_S which is described in post #106 by sljubano at the following link.

It is histogram bar based in a separate window, but also revolves (as the title suggests) around the Fib numbers. Particularly Fib 34, which can be changed in the indicator if one chooses to, but why fix what is not broken?
It can be used in conjunction with your Lazy Days ema style as a confirmation indicator. I have not thought of or seen the use of the ema34 high/close/low use before, and it is very insightful, which leads the mind onto other intriguing discoveries.

These don’t seem to work. At least not the way I have seen them in your IBFX webinars. GRaB is ghosting the candles… it is like it is putting a second set of candles behind the default ones making it very confusing.
when i download the link for the updated grab, it tries to open up windows media player, can you check the link, thank you
